Focal point is predominantly on the muscle groups, adding greater pressure to these areas. Pressure allows of some of the muscle cramps that are present to be relieved. Our deep tissue massage is going to release a lot of the tension built up that could cause more long-term issues. You may find the deep tissue massage can help release the entrapment on a nerve, because the muscles are finally starting to relax from the pain they were under before.
